I vote for thyme. And/or rosemary. But thyme wins.
Also, if you're looking for inspiration, a companion planting list or chart (like http://www.ghorganics.com/page2.html ) will tell you what veggies and flowers and herbs do well or not so well planted next to each other. I never knew it would be so easy to convince myself to buy more seeds... :)
