thetofupirateI could never figure out (until tonight) why I always had a vague feeling that I knew Daniel Craig from some other movie besides the James Bond one he was in (or any of the other movies Nat listed off when I was trying to place him, ages ago), and that he was fairly off-putting in it.
Then, tonight, I watched The Power of One for the billionth time and realized, Hey! He's the superfuckingasshole Sgt. Jappie Botha! I really should have realized that because of the eyes, and not from seeing his name in the credits (not next to the character name, though; I figured that one out on my own). His character makes me so mad, I always hope for the book ending, where Peekay beats the shit out of him in the mine town. Although, Gideon bashing him in the head with a really big stick is okay, too.
Which is now making me want to read the book again (also for the billionth time).
